ADA Paratransit is a shared ride curb to curb service offered for those who cannot access the Fixed Routes due to a disability, and have an origin and destination within 3/4 of a mile of the Fixed Routes.

FILING A COMPLAINT
Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under ADA has a right to file a formal complaint with BTD. BTD will promptly investigate all complaints of alleged discrimination based on disability in its services and programs. If more information is needed to resolve the complaint, BTD may contact the complainant.
To expedite the complaint process, please fill out as much as possible. You may complete the form online (below) or print the ADA Complaint form (available as a PDF here) and mail it to us at the address shown on the form.
